Job Description

As the Regional Sales Manager for Cape Town, you'll lead our sales initiatives, overseeing the development and execution of sales strategies to boost our market share. We're looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for driving results and cultivating relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed set sales quotas.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline to track progress towards targets.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
  • Develop training materials for sales staff to improve performance.
  • Analyze sales metrics to evaluate success and recommend improvements.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Drive brand awareness through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Reporting to the Sales Director on team performance and market insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
