Job Description

We are looking for a Healthcare Administrator to manage our healthcare facility's operations efficiently. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing patient care delivery, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all tasks align with healthcare quality standards.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct staff evaluations and performance reviews.
  • Organize training programs to update staff skills.
  • Manage emergency response procedures and safety protocols.
  • Assist in the development of community outreach programs.
  • Create and maintain documentation for compliance audits.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare facilities
