We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Cape Town. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and nutrition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document nursing care and patient progress accurately.
• Assist in medical procedures and maintain sterile environments.
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with compassion and professionalism.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or similar qualification
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting

Technical Skills

• Venipuncture & IV Therapy
• Patient Evaluation

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Compassionate Care

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Leadership experience in nursing: Prior experience in a leadership role within a nursing team.
