Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Cape Town. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure patient comfort and safety. Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and plan patient care strategies.
• Administer intravenous medications and therapies.
• Engage with patients to ensure adherence to health care plans.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain patient documentation in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or similar qualification
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting

Technical Skills

• Venipuncture & IV Therapy
• Patient Evaluation

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Compassionate Care

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Leadership experience in nursing: Prior experience in a leadership role within a nursing team.
