We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Bloemfontein. You will be responsible for evaluating overall software quality through manual and automated testing. Your insights will help drive improvements and ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive and well-structured test plans.
• Conduct thorough exploratory testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and guidelines.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test processes and results.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the software release process.
• Evaluate quality metrics and report on performance.
• Assist in training new QA team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Test Automation

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Mobile Application Testing: Experience in testing mobile applications across platforms.
