Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our finance team, contributing to financial planning and analysis (FP&A), reporting, and providing insightful financial advice to support strategic decision-making. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and assist in budget forecasting to help drive the company's success.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze financial reports for management review.
• Participate in the development and analysis of financial models.
• Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend actions for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
• Provide analytical support for business case development.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards for key metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CA (SA) or CIMA qualification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or relevant role
