Job Description

We are seeking a talented Environmental Engineer to join our passionate team in Cape Town. In this role, you will work on projects that address key environmental issues, from waste management to renewable energy solutions. You will collaborate with governmental and private organizations to implement environmentally sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects aimed at pollution reduction and resource management.
  • Assess and optimize processes for environmental sustainability.
  • Coordinate with local authorities and environmental agencies.
  • Provide support in the emergency response to environmental incidents.
  • Conduct training for staff on environmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental legislation.
  • Foster partnerships with NGO's focused on environmental conservation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • Master's degree in Environmental Engineering is preferred

  • 5+ years in environmental project management
