Job Description

As a Physiotherapist at Rehabilitation Services, you will be responsible for providing expert treatment for patients of all ages. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, develop rehabilitation plans and track patient progress, contributing to their overall health recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Analyze patient histories and recent medical reports to plan effective treatment.
• Facilitate physical therapy sessions and guide patients in exercises.
• Educate patients on maintaining health and wellness and promote preventive measures.
• Document patient treatment sessions and ensure confidentiality according to regulations.
• Engage in health discussions with families and caregivers to maintain holistic care.
• Contribute to departmental meetings for continued growth and improvement.
• Consult with the Clinical Manager regarding complex cases.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration for comprehensive care.
• Provide emotional support to patients undergoing rehabilitation.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical physiotherapy.

• Afrikaans: Conversational
