Job Description

As a Compliance Auditor at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a critical role in the oversight and evaluation of compliance processes within our organization. You will be responsible for conducting audits, assessing risk exposure, and ensuring adherence to both regulatory and internal standards. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying potential areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal audits and compliance assessments across business units.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls and processes.
  • Develop and maintain audit documentation and compliance records.
  • Provide regular updates to management on compliance status and risk exposure.
  • Work with external auditors to facilitate their review process.
  • Assist in the development of compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Masters in Auditing or Risk Management is highly valued.
Experience
  • 5+ years in compliance roles with a strong focus on auditing.
