Apex Logistics is seeking a skilled Freight Forwarder to join our Durban team. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee freight forwarding operations and logistics planning.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet client needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotes for clients.
• Manage relationships with customs brokers.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain

Experience

• 5+ years in freight forwarding and logistics operations

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in an additional language: Ability to communicate in a second language is a plus.
