Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder to coordinate and manage logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex shipping processes and ensuring timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations in freight forwarding.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all shipping documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding shipment status.
• Assist in developing shipping strategies and logistics solutions.
• Train and mentor junior staff in logistics and shipping procedures.
• Utilize logistics software to improve tracking and documentation.
• Handle claims and disputes related to freight operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding
