The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical engineering principles and experience with design, development, and testing of electrical systems. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Analyze technical specifications and requirements for electrical projects.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback into designs.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing electrical systems.
• Contribute to the preparation of project budgets and forecasts.
• Support field operations and provide troubleshooting expertise.
• Participate in industry conferences and workshops for continuous learning.
• Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering design and management
