Plumber, Pipefitter, and Steamfitter (Steam Heating Installer)

Job Description

The Steam Heating Installer will be responsible for installing and maintaining steam heating systems for commercial and industrial clients. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain steam heating systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct repairs and troubleshooting for steam heating equipment.
• Prepare reports on maintenance tasks and required repairs.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely installation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other trades during installation projects.
• Train junior staff on safe operating procedures and equipment handling.

Requirements

Education

• Additional certifications in HVAC or related trades preferred

Experience

• Experience with industrial-grade steam heating systems is advantageous.
