As a Site Reliability Engineer in Durban, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and performance of our cloud services. This position requires expertise in DevOps methodologies and solid experience with continuous integration and deployment, enabling us to meet the ever-increasing demands of our clients while optimizing costs and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain monitoring systems for metrics visualization.
• Handle infrastructure provisioning through tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting for cloud services.
• Work with developers to create reliable and scalable software.
• Establish and enforce best practices for operational procedures.
• Facilitate emergency changes effectively while minimizing downtime.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or related fields
