Job Description

As an Animal Control Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that all animals are treated humanely and that their basic needs are met. You'll be involved in rescuing animals in distress, providing care, and enforcing animal welfare laws.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health and well-being of animals in your care.
• Assist in transporting animals to veterinary appointments.
• Participate in community outreach to promote animal welfare.
• Document all animal interactions and incidents.
• Collaborate with law enforcement on animal-related cases.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Certification in animal care or a similar field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years working in animal care or a similar field.
