Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and establish clear communication protocols.
• Evaluate project outcomes against initial objectives and goals.
• Prepare and present project reports to the executive team.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation for project needs.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Gather and analyze project data to inform decision-making.
• Support the development of project management methodologies within the team.
• Champion best practices in project management across the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale projects

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
