As an Architect in our Cape Town office, you will have the opportunity to shape the architectural landscape of the city. In this role, you will work under the guidance of senior architects, be responsible for project documentation, and interact with clients to understand their vision. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
• Ensure all drawings and materials comply with health and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit planning applications.
• Assist in developing project schedules and work plans.
• Update clients on project progress and address any concerns effectively.
• Enhance architectural designs through collaboration and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Planning is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of architectural experience

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational
• English: Fluent
