We are on the lookout for an Order Associate to join our team. In this role, you will process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while maintaining excellent communication with customers and suppliers alike.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all customer orders are processed promptly and efficiently.
Communicate with customers to inform them about the status of their orders.
Manage returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize shipping processes.
Implement process improvements for order fulfillment.
Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
Develop relationships with suppliers for seamless order processing.
Assist team members in achieving sales targets.
Contribute to team objectives and provide support for other team tasks.
Participate in training and development initiatives.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
Experience
1-3 years of experience in the e-commerce or retail industry
