Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing staff, budgeting, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Your leadership will drive revenue and enhance the guest experience in our luxurious property.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise day-to-day hotel operations to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Prepare and oversee budgets ensuring profitable hotel performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to strategize promotions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Ensure the hotel meets health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility standards.

Advantageous

  • Experience with property management systems: Familiarity with OPERA or similar systems for managing hotel functions.
  • Advanced Excel skills: Ability to analyze data and prepare reports using advanced Excel functionalities.
