Job Description

As an Entertainment Lawyer, you will provide legal counsel to clients in various entertainment fields. Your responsibilities will include contract drafting, dispute resolution, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on various legal aspects related to the entertainment industry.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts and licensing agreements.
  • Mediation of disputes and legal issues involving clients.
  • Conduct legal research and stay informed on changes in entertainment law.
  • Provide guidance on compliance with industry regulations.
  • Assist in protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights.
  • Handle endorsements and sponsorship agreements.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals in complex cases.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Entertainment Law or related field is preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in entertainment law or related cases.
