Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to our clients in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring efficient operation of IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and provide support.
• Liaise with vendors for hardware and software repairs.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on IT support metrics.
• Help maintain documentation for IT procedures and protocols.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support services.
• Ensure all technical issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in IT Support or similar field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is an advantage

Experience

• 1-2 years in a similar IT support role
