Responsibilities

• Lead the design process of various structural projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure all designs meet safety standards and building codes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical support as needed.
• Generate and maintain project schedules and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in design processes.
