Job Description

We are looking for a Healthcare Administrator to oversee our operations in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will manage daily administrative tasks while promoting an efficient, high-quality healthcare environment for both staff and patients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of healthcare services efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Oversee patient admissions and discharge processes.
  • Implement and evaluate healthcare programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to enhance service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and families.
  • Prepare and present reports to management regarding operational performance.
  • Coordinate with external parties for better healthcare services.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain operational standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration
