Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the development process, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality. Your key responsibilities will include designing test plans, executing tests, and collaborating with the development team to resolve defects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure comprehensive testing of software products before release.
• Document test results and provide feedback to the development team.
• Oversee the implementation of quality control processes.
• Lead defect triage meetings to prioritize issues.
• Monitor software performance post-release and gather user feedback.
• Provide input for improving testing tools and methodologies.
• Facilitate training sessions for new QA staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance
