Job Description

The Help Desk Technician will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our clients. You will diagnose issues, offer solutions, and ensure our software and hardware systems run smoothly. We are seeking someone with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical liaison between clients and the IT department.
  • Monitor help desk support channels and prioritize tickets based on urgency.
  • Compile reports on technical support activity for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s IT policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of user manuals and FAQs.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or help desk role
