Microsystems Engineer

Job Description

As a Microsystems Engineer, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to design state-of-the-art electronic devices. You will be responsible for ensuring the devices meet the necessary quality standards, while also providing technical support and training to team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of next-generation electronic devices.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to define product specifications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot device performance issues.
• Document design processes and create manuals for end-users.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and apply them to product designs.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and timelines.
• Provide assistance in regulatory compliance reviews.
• Facilitate training sessions for internal teams on new products.
• Conduct peer reviews of engineering designs and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

Experience

• 3-5 years in device engineering or a related field.
