We are on the lookout for an AI Specialist to join our expanding team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing AI models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges. You will work collaboratively with our data scientists and engineers to design innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain machine learning frameworks to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with software engineers for developing AI-powered applications.
• Analyze model predictions and fine-tune parameters accordingly.
• Guide junior team members in AI-related projects.
• Facilitate workshops to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Science, Statistics, or a connected field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML project development
