Responsibilities
Oversee compliance with safety regulations related to hazardous materials.
Analyze and interpret safety data and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety protocols.
Develop emergency response plans for chemical spills or accidents.
Participate in safety meetings and workshops.
Conduct training and outreach programs for staff on safety practices.
Support incident investigations and reporting.
Prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
Monitor chemical inventories and ensure proper labeling.
Evaluate new chemical products for safety and compliance.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field is an advantage
Experience
3-5 years of experience in chemical safety management
