Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all HR-related queries, managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of HR policies and a passion for nurturing a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to management and employees.
• Record and track employee attendance and performance.
• Coordinate HR projects and initiatives.
• Oversee health and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR databases and records.
• Support conflict resolution and employee relations.
• Provide insights on industry best practices in HR.
• Foster a positive company culture through employee engagement activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• HR management certification is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in HR management or generalist role
