• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities for project sustainment.
• Lead training sessions for project teams and volunteers.
• Plan and execute community engagement campaigns.
• Report on project outcomes and suggest improvements.
• Manage compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with departmental heads to align projects with strategic plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development or similar
• Master's degree is highly valued

Experience

• More than 5 years in project management, preferably within the non-profit sector
