Job Description

As a Legal Advisor at our firm, you will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel to clients on various legal matters. Your role will involve drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and representing clients in negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal matters and advise clients on strategic decisions.
• Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Guide clients through complex legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Draft litigation documents and manage court appearances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve legal issues.
• Provide support in negotiating settlement agreements.
• Ensure quality control of legal documents prior to submission.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Specialization in Corporate Law is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of legal experience in corporate law or advisory roles.
