Job Description

Seeking dedicated Nurses to provide compassionate care at Healthcare Solutions Ltd. In this role, you will not only attend to the medical needs of patients but also develop meaningful relationships with them. Your responsibilities will include patient assessments, treatment planning, and direct support to the medical team.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient health status through examinations and comprehensive assessments.
  • Plan, implement, and coordinate nursing care.
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment for patients.
  • Advocate for patient needs and preferences.
  • Liaise with physicians and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  • Assist in research and continuous quality improvement efforts.
  • Engage with patients to provide education about health promotion and disease prevention.

Requirements

Education
  • Registered Nursing Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Experience
  • At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience
