Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our Pretoria-based team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting workplace health and safety, conducting health assessments, and providing expert advice to employees on health-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular health evaluations and maintain employee health records.
• Design and implement health programs tailored to workplace needs.
• Assist in the development of emergency response plans for health crises.
• Engage with external health agencies to ensure workplace compliance.
• Conduct seminars and workshops on occupational health topics.
• Advise on the mitigation of workplace hazards.
• Manage the logistics of occupational health screenings and tests.
• Keep abreast of new health policies and changes in legislation.
• Promote a culture of health and safety throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Postgraduate Occupational Health qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a nursing role with a focus on occupational health
