Job Description

Join us as a Police Dispatcher in Cape Town, where you will respond to emergency calls and work with various law enforcement teams to maintain community safety.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming emergency calls and prioritize responses.
  • Communicate effectively with on-duty personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with local procedures and protocols.
  • Provide support to officers and emergency teams in real-time.
  • Assist in training new team members as necessary.
  • Participate in team briefings and debriefings.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the dispatch center.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant post-secondary education is an asset

  • 3+ years in a dispatch or public safety role.
