Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will have a track record of driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, and executing effective sales strategies. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring our sales targets are met.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement training programs for new hires and existing team members.
  • Manage key client accounts and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales presentations and meetings with potential clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
