Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial conception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Develop detailed engineering reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with local authorities on zoning and development applications.
• Review and analyze project proposals from contractors for feasibility and compliance.
• Investigate engineering problems and propose effective solutions.
• Manage risks by establishing and implementing mitigation plans.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in civil engineering.
• Foster relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Implement effective project scheduling to meet deadlines while optimizing resource usage.
• Facilitate project meetings to review progress and address issues promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role.
