Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to manage and safeguard our organization's information systems. The ISSO will develop security policies, monitor systems for security threats, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose security incidents and perform thorough investigations.
• Create documentation for security protocols and incidents.
• Implement tools for effective security monitoring.
• Provide training and support on security awareness for staff.
• Engage with external vendors on security solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies for enhancing security.
• Report on security incident metrics to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field

Experience

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity framework implementation

Technical Skills

• Security Tools Experience
• Compliance Standards

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• CompTIA Security+

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Cloud Security: Knowledge of cloud security practices and platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Experience in Incident Response: Demonstrable experience in incident response and management.
