As a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, your primary responsibilities will include test preparation, specimen analysis, and result interpretation. We are looking for a diligent technologist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Utilize automated lab equipment for testing.
• Participate in inter-laboratory comparison and proficiency testing.
• Help manage laboratory workflows and scheduling.
• Report abnormal results to the appropriate healthcare provider.
• Contribute to research projects related to laboratory testing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lab.
• Provide exemplary service to patients and colleagues.
• Document any quality control failures and corrective actions taken.
• Assist in the development of lab protocols and procedures.
• Engage in community health initiatives and outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or equivalent
• Advanced certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of laboratory experience, including blood bank and microbiology
