We are searching for motivated Mental Health and Substance Abuse Social Workers to join our team. In this critical role, you will assess clients' needs, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
Responsibilities
Create and lead therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes efficiently.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine treatment plans.
Stay informed about developments in mental health and substance abuse fields.
Participate actively in educational workshops and training.
Assist in developing community programs focused on mental health awareness.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
Master's degree in Social Work preferred
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience
