Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Durban office. The successful candidate will identify bugs, provide insights on improvements, and play a key role in our software release strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze testing results to inform product development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.
• Identify potential areas for automation in the testing process.
• Write clear and concise bug reports and test documentation.
• Help define quality metrics and perform trend analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in QA with a solid understanding of testing methodologies

Technical Skills

• Automation Frameworks

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with performance testing tools: Familiarity with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
