Site Supervisor

Job Description

Dynamic Builders Ltd. seeks a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee our construction sites. In this role, you will facilitate communication between all stakeholders, manage resources effectively, and ensure quality control at every stage of the project.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support construction teams on-site.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with project stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to standards.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines.
• Champion safety protocols on-site to prevent accidents.
• Assist in the hiring of new staff and subcontractors.
• Manage documentation related to project progress and approvals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

• 7+ years of progressive experience in construction management

Certifications

• Registered Construction Manager (RCM)
• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages
