Architect

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to become part of our progressive team in Cape Town. This role involves designing and planning a range of architectural projects, ensuring that each meets our high standards of quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for various projects.
• Interact with clients to incorporate their feedback and make adjustments.
• Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders.
• Evaluate materials and construction methods for project implementation.
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed developments.
• Coordinate the work of engineers and consultants.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
• Advise on sustainable practices and innovations in design.
• Assist in the preparation of bidding documents.
• Ensure detailed accuracy in architectural drawings and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in architectural design

• BIM Software
• Green Building Technologies

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
