Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect who is passionate about innovative design to join our Cape Town-based team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various architectural projects, from residential to commercial spaces, and will be responsible for managing project design from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural solutions that prioritize sustainability and environmental impact.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the design process.
• Lead site visits to assess project development and address any issues.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and fee estimates.
• Encourage creative thinking and innovative design approaches within the team.
• Document project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Research and implement best practices in architecture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Certification in Project Management is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in diverse architectural environments

• SketchUp
• Project Management Software

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Building Performance Analyst

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
