Job Description

We are currently seeking Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders who are detail-oriented and skilled in operating machinery for the production of shoe heels. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by inspecting and packaging shoe heels efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process for shoe heels from molding to packaging.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all aspects of production.
• Conduct training sessions for new staff in operational and safety procedures.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues to reduce downtime.
• Participate in regular safety audits and report findings to management.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Experience in footwear manufacturing or similar industries is highly advantageous.

Languages
