Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in warehouse management, with a strong emphasis on streamlining processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. This role involves managing a dynamic team and ensuring the successful execution of daily operations, inventory control, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall warehouse operations including inventory management and distribution.
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed by all warehouse personnel.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term warehouse strategies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for improved efficiency.
• Track warehouse KPIs and report on operational performance.
• Ensure accurate reporting of inventory metrics and status.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Logistics or equivalent qualifications

Experience

• A strong background in warehousing operations with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• Afrikaans: Basic
