Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote travel products and services.
  • Process bookings and payments efficiently.
  • Provide clients with travel information and updates.
  • Actively seek opportunities to upsell to clients.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to meet targets.
  • Engage with clients through social media and other channels.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Travel and Tourism
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in travel sales or consultancy
