• Monitor restaurant budget and KPI performance to achieve financial goals.
• Foster a positive team environment and encourage employee feedback.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate company updates and expectations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations is essential.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in management roles within the hospitality sector
