Job Description

Join us as a UI/UX Designer where you'll lead the design charge, creating user-focused designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure cohesive implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the user experience design process from concept to final deliverables.
• Work collaboratively with product managers and developers to enhance user experience.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and user needs.
• Create stunning UI components following established design systems.
• Participate in design critiques and share feedback with the team.
• Utilize analytics tools to inform design improvements and validate decisions.
• Document design processes and decisions to ensure team alignment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design

Technical Skills

• Adobe XD
• Figma

Certifications

• Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HTML/CSS: Knowledge in front-end web technologies to support design implementations.
