Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to contribute to our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will leverage engineering principles to optimize processes and improve productivity. You will be instrumental in implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency across our projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform system validations for new processes.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for best practices.
• Identify and implement automation solutions where applicable.
• Work on multi-disciplinary teams to execute projects.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding process changes.
• Support change management initiatives during implementation.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on industrial engineering techniques.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive improvements.
• Create documentation for all engineering processes.
• Collaborate with management to set strategic goals for engineering projects.
• Provide technical assistance on complex engineering problems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a related role
