Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of finished metal parts for defects.
• Ensure the polishing process adheres to the set quality standards.
• Keep a clean and safe workspace, following the company's safety guidelines.
• Document production outcomes and any non-conformities.
• Participate in quality control testing and inspections as required.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Identify areas for process improvement related to polishing operations.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of polishing materials.
• Communicate effectively with production staff and management to enhance processes.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Relevant industrial certification is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in shot polishing and inspection

Technical Skills

• Shot Blasting Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
