Job Description

We are in search of a Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse staff in the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Provide training on equipment operation and safety practices.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the warehouse.
• Manage budgets related to warehouse operations.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.
• Assist in the development of short- and long-term operational strategies.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the warehouse.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehousing or related field.
